Delete your account

DSP Desk is published by Emma-Tech LLC.

You can delete your DSP Desk account and the data associated with it at any time. There are two things you may want to remove, and they are separate.

1. Delete your own account

Email esmith@emma-tech.net from the address you signed in with, with the subject Delete my account. We will confirm and remove it within 30 days.

This deletes your user profile: your name, email address, and the account identifier issued when you signed in with Google. Your distillery's operational records stay with the distillery, because they belong to the business rather than to you personally, and your teammates may still need them to file. Entries you made stay attributed to your name in the activity log for as long as the distillery keeps that record.

2. Delete a whole distillery and all of its records

If you are the owner, you can do this yourself, immediately, from inside the app:

1. Open DSP Desk and sign in.
2. Tap the gear icon on the home screen to open Settings.
3. Scroll to Danger Zone.
4. Tap Delete this distillery and confirm twice.

This permanently erases every record for that distillery: products, suppliers, purchase orders, bottling runs, bulk receipts, breakage, inventory adjustments, imported sales, the team roster, and the activity log.

What is kept, and for how long

Nothing is retained after deletion beyond what our infrastructure provider, Google Firebase, holds in routine backups, which age out on Google's own schedule. We keep no separate copy, and we do not retain deleted records for analytics, advertising, or any other purpose.
