Privacy Policy

DSP Desk is published by Emma-Tech LLC. It helps licensed craft distilleries record daily operations and prepare compliance paperwork. This policy explains what information the app handles and how.

Information we collect

• Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and a unique account identifier. We use these solely to create your account, associate you with your distillery's team, and attribute actions in your distillery's activity log.
• Distillery records you enter. Products, bottling runs, bulk receipts, breakage, inventory adjustments, sales-report imports, and related operational data. This data belongs to your distillery and is used only to provide the app's features (inventory, reports, tax calculations).

What we do not collect

• No advertising identifiers, no ads, and no third-party analytics.
• No payment card or banking information.
• No location data, contacts, photos, or device files beyond a sales CSV you explicitly choose to import.

How your data is stored and secured

Data is stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore and Firebase Authentication) in the United States, encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest by Google's infrastructure. Access is restricted by server-side security rules: only signed-in members of your distillery can read or write your distillery's records. A local copy is cached on your device so the app works offline; it syncs when a connection returns.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or your distillery's records with third parties. Data is processed only by Google Firebase as our infrastructure provider. Members of your own distillery team can see your name and email in the team roster and activity log — that's the product working as intended.

Data retention and deletion

Your records are retained for as long as your distillery uses the app. To delete your account or your distillery's data, contact us at the address below and we will remove it within 30 days. You can also remove individual team members at any time from the app's settings.

Your responsibilities

DSP Desk prepares draft figures for your review. You remain responsible for verifying and filing your own TTB reports and tax returns.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update this page and the effective date above.
